The company reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at its discretion. To initiate a claim, the original sales receipt is required.

Warranty Limitation & Exclusions

• If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be active. 
• There is no warranty coverage for damages resulting from neglect, improper assembly, abnormal use of products, or unexpected acts of nature.
• This warranty does not cover damage related to climate conditions such as heat, light, and humidity, including fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.

Orders Cancellation & Returns

Order cancellation can be done before the scheduled delivery date without any charges. We will process the refund within 5-7 working days.

Refund

After the returned order is received, a refund for the purchased products will be issued within 5-7 days via bank transfer to the same bank account or card used for the purchase.
